As your organization grows, it is important to establish a substantial foundation upon which to continue to build your success.

One of the most important building blocks of that foundation is having the right people with the right skills in the right jobs. Another is having the confidence that your continued success is not dependent on the presence or personality of any one individual. Talent management, cultivation and planning are essential to a well-run organization.

We support you in these areas in a variety of ways. For example, in some cases, clients have asked us to develop technical and behavioral competency models for specific positions in anticipation of hiring, or in light of a need to clarify and refine existing roles. In other engagements, we are invited to facilitate programs to develop leadership competencies, using self-assessment tools such as the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and putting in place a coaching or peer mentoring program for sustained results. We can create a talent resource map for your organization, surfacing untapped skills, identifying gaps and redundancies in coverage of key areas, and informing your future hiring.
